One day at home I was eating lots and lots of sweets, they felt really good the way they stuck to my throat and my mum comes in and my mum knocks on the door and asks me if everything's alright and then goes out again. Then suddenly a fish emerged out of nowhere in a quick flash and sits on my desk chair. He said in a strange voice " are you alright and a bubble came out of his mouth and popped. Because of the look on my face, but i didn't answer because my mouth was full of sweets and i wouldn't dare anyway. I stared at him for quite a long time. i was really quite frightened but I tried not to show it. I felt emotion inside my body. It took a long time to get over him. Then something strange and amusing happened: lots of big animals in different colours were walking all over the d=bedroom carpet. I smelt the fur and dust that was stuck to them. I was very curious about this happening all in one day then i saw a camel walk past and i felt his soft woolly fur nudge past me. Suddenly i saw a fish in black and yellow wandering around on his fins and he smelt of the ocean and his fins slopped against me and they were all slippery and some dogs and goats and cats were all walking around and then i saw a dog that smelt like the garden. Suddenly a voice came out of the doorway, it was my parents telling me that we were going to the zoo. it was the first time I had seen my dad excited i think it was that he wanted to see the lions, he was jumping up and down and clutching the car keys in his hands with a huge smile, when he saw no-one else was excited his smile sank. When we got back my dad was in a good mood so we could get a puppy. |
